APPLICABILITY AND ACCEPTANCE
These Terms apply to all purchases and use of our website. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our other posted policies (including the Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy), which are incorporated by reference.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
PRICES, CURRENCY, AND TAXES
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time. If we discover a pricing or availability error, we may cancel or refuse an order and refund any amounts paid.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order. Payment must be made using the methods offered at checkout. By submitting an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is true and authorized.
SHIPPING (U.S.–ONLY)
We offer free standard shipping to all U.S. states. Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days. A small number of products may arrive sooner (2–5 business days), depending on stock location. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside our control. Please enter your address accurately; we are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Title and risk of loss pass upon delivery to the address you provided, as shown by the carrier’s records.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (U.S.). In summary: you must request a Return Authorization (RA) within 5 days of delivery; the item must be unworn and unused, with all original tags and the clear garment packaging bearing the SKU label; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility; we do not accept exchanges; non-compliant returns may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We try to display colors, sizing, and details accurately, but actual colors and fit may vary due to monitors, lighting, materials, and manufacturing tolerances. We do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition under our Return & Refund Policy.
PROMOTIONS AND GIFT CARDS
Promotional offers are subject to terms stated in the promotion. Promotions cannot be applied to past orders, may not be combined unless we allow it, and may be changed or ended at any time. Gift cards are nonrefundable except as required by law.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the site (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by U.S. and international laws. You may use the site only for personal, noncommercial shopping and may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or other materials, you grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in any media for marketing and operational purposes. You are solely responsible for your submissions and you represent that you own them and that they do not infringe any rights or violate any laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyKumi and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold MyKumi harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute that is not subject to an alternative dispute-resolution process we may mutually agree to in writing.
