Return and Refund Policy
Summary
• Request a return within 5 calendar days of delivery.
• Return Authorization (RA) required.
• Ship the return within 5 calendar days after RA approval.
• Customer pays return shipping (no prepaid label provided).
• No exchanges of any kind.
• Non-compliant returns may be refused or charged a 25% restocking fee.

You will receive confirmation and your Return Authorization (RA) number by email before shipping. Do not ship returns to our Hong Kong company address or to any other location not listed in your RA approval email. Returns sent without an RA or to the wrong address may be refused.
How to start a return
1) Go to the MYKUMI login page and enter your email.
2) Use the one-time secure code to access your orders.
3) Open the order and submit a return request.
4) If approved, we’ll email your RA number and the U.S. return address.
You must ship the item within 5 calendar days of RA approval.
(Items sent back without an RA or to the wrong address may be refused.)
Return eligibility
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused; no odors, stains, pet hair, or damage.
• All original tags attached (do not cut off and reattach).
• Clear garment polybag with the SKU barcode label intact.
• Include your RA number.
Return shipping
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Use a trackable service and keep your tracking number.
• If we provide a prepaid label as a courtesy, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
•We are not responsible for returns until they are delivered to the U.S. return address in your RA.
Non-compliant returns & restocking fee
Returns that arrive outside the timelines, missing tags, missing the polybag/SKU label,
showing wear, or not in original condition may be rejected. If we accept a non-compliant
return at our discretion, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect,
email support@MyKumi.com with clear photos, and submit a return request from your MYKUMI account, selecting the appropriate reason.
Refunds
• After the return is delivered and inspected, we’ll email approval or denial.
• If approved, refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days.
• Your bank/card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
