What kinds of dresses do you carry?
We carry a wide range of dresses for everyday to special events, in many colors and silhouettes.
What sizes do you offer and how do I find my size?
We carry sizes XS–5XL (availability varies by style). Every product page includes a size chart for that specific dress so you can compare measurements.
Use our Size Guide in the footer for clear “How to Measure” steps (bust, waist, hip, length).
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery is 2–10 business days (most items 2–5; select styles 5–10). Orders may ship in multiple packages. You’ll get tracking for each shipment.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not at this time.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
No — orders start processing immediately and can’t be edited or canceled (including item, size, color, quantity, or address). If you no longer want the item, please wait for delivery and request a return within 5 days via your MyKumi account (see our Return & Refund Policy).
What is your return policy?
Request a Return Authorization (RA) within 5 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached and the clear garment packaging with SKU label intact. Customer pays return shipping. No exchanges. Non-compliant returns may be refused or charged a 25% restocking fee. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?
Email support@mykumi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and submit a return request selecting “damaged” or “wrong item.”
Will the color match what I see on my screen?
We try to show colors accurately, but screens and lighting can cause slight variations.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and secure accelerated checkouts shown at checkout.
How should I care for my dress?
Always follow the care label on the garment. When in doubt, gentle cycle cold or hand wash, and line dry.
Do you restock sold-out styles?
Popular styles are restocked regularly.
